By creating an account or playing on Solid Conquer, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the game server.

Solid Conquer is an independent classic Conquer Online private server community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TQ Digital Entertainment / NetDragon or any official Conquer Online publisher. All related trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Accessing the website, registering an account, downloading the client, shopping in the store, or logging into the game means you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to register.
  • If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
  • You must be legally allowed to use online game services in your country.

3. Account Policy

  • Provide accurate registration details and keep your username and password private.
  • Account sharing, selling, trading, or transferring accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • Each player must use their own account credentials.
  • Do not disclose your password or personal information to anyone.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • Respect the published PC / client limit (currently 5).

4. Fair Play

Cheating and unfair advantages are forbidden, including:

  • Hacking, bots, auto-clickers, speed hacks, packet editors, or memory editors
  • Any third-party tool that gives an unfair advantage
  • Dual clients or multi-boxing beyond the allowed limit

Violations may lead to permanent bans without warning.

5. Bugs and Exploits

Abusing bugs or exploits for personal gain is prohibited. Report issues to staff through Discord or Facebook instead of using them.

6. Trading Policy

  • Out-of-game sales (real-money trades between players) are forbidden.
  • All trades must occur through approved in-game systems only.
  • Any attempt to exploit trading features will be penalized.

7. Online Game Conduct

  • Respect other players; harassment, hate speech, or toxicity is not allowed.
  • Scamming players, impersonating staff, or disrupting the community (in-game or on Discord/Facebook) is forbidden.
  • Follow game-specific rules posted on official channels; more rules may be added.

8. Donations, Store Items & Refunds

  • Purchases from the Solid Conquer store support the server.
  • Virtual items and credits have no real-world cash value.
  • Store purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
  • Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may lead to account suspension.
  • Contact support for billing issues before opening any payment dispute.

9. Service Availability

We may perform maintenance, updates, patches, or restarts at any time. Solid Conquer is not liable for temporary downtime, lost progress during outages outside our control, or schedule changes.

10. Staff Decisions & Enforcement

  • Game Masters and administrators may warn, mute, suspend, wipe, or ban accounts to protect the server.
  • Enforcement depends on severity and repetition.
  • Staff decisions are final.
  • Staff will never ask for your password.

11. Updates

Solid Conquer may update these Terms at any time. The latest version on this website is the current and applicable version. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
